• Studio Samy D. produces all the products in the studio in Tel Aviv by hand, therefore there may be changes in colors (there is a difference between reality and the picture and a difference in color between computer and computer), slight deviations in size, texture, color or changes in the fluidity that characterize Samy D.'s designs.
• You can cancel the deal by contacting the site's customer service by phone, WhatsApp or by email. The cancellation of the deal will be valid only after receiving an email from Studio Samy D. confirming the request to cancel the deal. In case the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the studio where all the costs involved in returning the product will be applied to the customer. The return of the product will be done in its original packaging, together with the original invoice, and up to 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Returning the product will only be done at the Samy D. studio in Tel Aviv and in advance coordination with the Samy D. team, if the purchase was made with a credit card, the credit will be made to the credit card on which the transaction was made less 6% of the amount of the original transaction and less the shipping fee.
• The cancellation fee for a purchase that has been made and has not yet left the Samy D. Studio for delivery is 6% of the amount of the original transaction.
• In the event of cancellation of the transaction, Samy D. will refund the customer the amount of the transaction minus 6% of the amount of the original transaction and less shipping fees.
• If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will be obliged to return the product back to Studio Samy D. in Tel Aviv by prior arrangement, this is in addition to the cancellation fee.
